Hiranmaye do not offer return or cancel of products purchased. However, customers are allowed to exchange once per order/bill within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You can get in touch with the brand or an authorized service center of the brand to claim the warranty for your product (wherever applicable).
Refund is added to your wallet on Hiranmaye site. You may wish to use this during your next order.
